Since our establishment in 1993, we have provided a variety of financing schemes to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
In March 2019, we became a joint venture between Mizuho Leasing Company and Marubeni Corporation (each holding a 50.0% stake). In May 2020, in conjunction with the relocation of our head office, we changed our company name to Mizuho Marubeni Leasing Corporation, marking a new start in both name and substance.


Economic and social conditions in Japan and overseas are changing rapidly, and the management challenges our clients must overcome are becoming increasingly diverse and complex.
In response to our clients’ needs under these circumstances, we will leverage the strengths and expertise of Mizuho Leasing—its extensive knowledge of assets and solutions based on advanced financial expertise—as well as Marubeni’s overseas network unique to a general trading company and its track record across a wide variety of business fields to provide creative and high value-added proposals and services with speed.
